The task management lists all existing tasks. This not only lists tasks that have been set in a document area, but that have been generally stored.

Clicking the "Refresh" button updates all tasks.

Activate task filter

Documents

Filter Document

By clicking in the selection list, you can also filter the lower task list in real time.
Clicking on the entry „All“ - all tasks are shown.
Click on „Current Document“ – shows only those tasks that have been assigned to the currently visible document.
And „Without a document“ – accordingly only lists those tasks that have not been assigned to any document.

User

Filter User

By clicking in the selection list, you can also filter the lower task list in real time.
So by clicking on the entry „My Tasks“ – only the tasks you have created are shown.
Click on „All“ – accordingly lists all tasks of your network.

Completion

By clicking in the selection list, you can also filter the lower task list in real time.
By clicking on the entry, „All“ – all tasks without an additional content filter are shown.
Clicking on „Undone“ – only lists those tasks that have not yet been completed.
Clicking on „Partly done“ – only lists those tasks that have been partially completed.
Clicking on „Done“ – only lists those tasks that have already been completed.

Due date

By clicking in the selection list, you can also filter the lower task list in real time.
By clicking on the entry, „All“ – all tasks without an additional date filter are shown.
Clicking on „Due today“ – lists only those tasks for which the due date has been set today.
Clicking on „Due next 7 days“ – only lists those tasks that are due in the next 7 days.
Clicking on „Overdue“ – only lists those tasks that are already overdue.

Search...

To search explicitly for documents with tasks or tasks in general, enter the search term in the corresponding field - the task list is searched in real time and shows you the results immediately.
The search is not only based on the document name, but also on the specified task and the assigned category.

Tasks list

The task list lists all tasks stored by you and in your network.

Square user abbreviation: The user ID is displayed on the left in the list, move the left mouse button over the square – so the full username is given. Clicking on the heading groups the list by user name.

Document symbol in the second column: A document symbol is displayed to the right of the user ID, if the task was set to a document. If no document icon is displayed, it is a general task.

Notiz Filter Inhalt Means that the task was saved for a specific document. A distinction is made between general tasks that apply to the entire document and tasks that are assigned to a specific document area. If a colored square is also shown in the right column, it means that this task applies to a certain document area.

Colored square: In combination with the symbol in the second column, this means a square, that the task was set to a document or a specific document area. The color of the square is also indicated.

Notiz Filter Inhalt

Document name: The document name is shown here if the task was generally set to a specific document or a specific document area. Clicking on the document name closes the task management and shows the corresponding document with the document preview in the main view. If this column does not have a document name, a general task has been created that has not been assigned to a document. Clicking on the heading groups the list by document name.

Task: Lists the specified task or task combination. Clicking on the heading groups the list according to A-Z of the task description.

Due: Lists the due date of the tasks. Clicking on the heading groups the list according to the due date of the tasks.

Category: Each task can also be assigned one or more categories. Clicking on the heading groups the list according to the categories.

Duration: Each task can be assigned an approximate time expenditure, which is listed in this column. Clicking on the heading groups the list according to the time allocated.

New Task

To create a general new task, click the "New Task" button and, in the next step, store the completion information.

New Task for current document

To assign a task for the currently visible document, click on the "New task for current document" button and in the next step store the completion information.
