How do I get my data if PaperOffice might not exist one day?

Very easily! By performing the 1-Click Mass Exporter.

The standard module in PaperOffice exports all available documents as an original file and the existing folders.

Only the folders and documents that were saved under "My Inbox", "Common inbox" as well as "My PaperOffice Documents" and "Common PaperOffice documents" are exported to the desired directory. Documents and folders under "My and common Windows folders" are not taken into account.

To perform the 1-Click Mass Exporter, go to your user management and select the "Database and backup" area.

You have the option of exporting either the entire folder structure or the entire folder structure and the documents it contains.

Select the required export scope and click on the corresponding button.

In the next step, select a directory to which PaperOffice should export all files. Please note that sufficient storage space is available and confirm the selection with "OK".

This completes the 1-Click Mass Exporter. As you can see, PaperOffice not only simply stores the folders and files, it also arranges the subfolders into the corresponding folders and sorts the documents into correct folders.
