PaperOffice is technically scaled by so-called runtime licenses. So the required database structure always adapts to the requirements so that users don't have to pay more than necessary.

So-called "fair use limits" are used to prevent mass abuse.

PaperOffice has an extremely high "fair use limit" of 250,000 documents for each individual user account within the PaperOffice Team network.

I have a PaperOffice Team account and need to save more than 250,000 pages

If you have a PaperOffice Team user account and need to save more than 250,000 pages, you will need to purchase a new PaperOffice Team user account for every 250,000 document pages.

For example, if you have 10 PaperOffice Team accounts, you can save 10 x 250,000 = 2,500,000 document pages.

Version limits

  • PaperOffice One = 50,000 pages per user account
  • PaperOffice One Plus = 100,000 pages per user account
  • PaperOffice Team = 250,000 pages per user account
