Tasks list

The task list lists all tasks stored by you and in your network.

Square user abbreviation: The user ID is displayed on the left in the list, move the left mouse button over the square – so the full username is given. Clicking on the heading groups the list by user name.

Document symbol in the second column: A document symbol is displayed to the right of the user ID, if the task was set to a document. If no document icon is displayed, it is a general task.

Notiz Filter Inhalt Means that the task was saved for a specific document. A distinction is made between general tasks that apply to the entire document and tasks that are assigned to a specific document area. If a colored square is also shown in the right column, it means that this task applies to a certain document area.

Colored square: In combination with the symbol in the second column, this means a square, that the task was set to a document or a specific document area. The color of the square is also indicated.

Document name: The document name is shown here if the task was generally set to a specific document or a specific document area. Clicking on the document name closes the task management and shows the corresponding document with the document preview in the main view. If this column does not have a document name, a general task has been created that has not been assigned to a document. Clicking on the heading groups the list by document name.

Task: Lists the specified task or task combination. Clicking on the heading groups the list according to A-Z of the task description.

Due: Lists the due date of the tasks. Clicking on the heading groups the list according to the due date of the tasks.

Category: Each task can also be assigned one or more categories. Clicking on the heading groups the list according to the categories.
