The #E800 is a normal error which appears everytime when PaperOffice could not start correctly the last time.
Usually just by clicking on "Try again" solves the issue.
If the problem persists try the steps below.
- Check if your antivirus is blocking any component of PaperOffice
- Restart the PC
- Try with a new Local Database
- Reinstall PaperOffice with the latest version
