How do I manage document templates for PIA automation?

Document templates are managed in the document template administration mask.
With the AI-based intelligent filing "PIA", PaperOffice can automatically recognize all your documents, as well as index them and read out the entire content.
Document templates must be created for this. The teaching of the document templates takes place via 3 recognition features: visual recognition, e.g. a letterhead with a company logo, recognition by keywords, e.g. an email address or sales tax identification number, and according to existing barcodes / QR codes.
Document templates can easily be created using the video as an example for later use.
