PIA filing masks are defined in order to automatically index and store your documents after you have learned the document templates.

Various specifications, such as storage folder, dates, notes and comments and variables can be specified from the document templates in order to automatically save the documents with the specifications later.

What file masks are and how they are assigned is described in detail in a separate Topic .

All of your storage masks are managed under "Settings", then the area "Document templates and storage masks" and "Manage storage masks".

Manage storage masks

Here you can easily search for your storage masks by entering the name of the storage mask in the search bar, creating new storage masks or editing, renaming and deleting existing ones.

In the table you will find the most important features of the storage masks: The name of the mask is specified under the first tab.

Under the second tab labeled " In use g from " the number of Document templates indicated to which this storage mask was assigned.

Under the third tab "Export" you can create a pojob.json file with the predefined entries, which you can use as you like.
