Problem:

When importing multiple documents via the PIA storage dialog, the preview image may display the previous image or flicker.

Possible Causes:

This issue can be caused by corrupted or missing core files, often due to the following factors:

• Windows updates
• Interference from antivirus software

Solution:

1. Close PaperOffice:

   Ensure that PaperOffice is not running.

2. Rename or Delete the Configuration Folder:

   Navigate to the following directory on your computer:

   C:\Users\Your_Username\AppData\Local\PaperOffice

   Rename the folder (e.g., to PaperOffice_Backup) or delete it entirely.

3. Restart PaperOffice:

   Restart PaperOffice as usual. The application will recreate the configuration folder with default settings.

Important Note:

Renaming or deleting the configuration folder removes the login credentials stored on the login screen. You will need to re-enter your username and password when restarting PaperOffice.
