The following instructions describe the creation of a new local database .

Click with the left mouse button in the white field and in the next step select the path to your new database.

Please note that the selected folder path should be EMPTY and that it NEVER should be an external storage medium. For external storage media such as NAS, select them accordingly in the previous selection mask.

Then click on check information, save and continue and follow further instructions until the database has been successfully created.

To create an external database, click in the right input field with the left mouse button.
